Whilst working as a business coach and mentor in the Midlands and London, I created this simple diagnostic form as a means of helping prospective clients decide who they wanted to be
their coach. My idea was to break the interview process into sections to help people when talking to someone whom they have never met before. The best way is to print off the form and take it with you when you meet the prospective coach. It would alos be a good idea to read my other tip sheet “Questions to ask a Coach/Mentor”.
Once you have read this tip sheet you will:
- have a decision making process for selecting your coach
- be able to use it to create some extra questions to fit your requirements
- be better prepared for making a very important decision
- provide you with additional information for when you preparing for your meetin
